Client: Pharmacy Acquisition
Need: Client wanted to know if the business that they were interested in buying had sufficient cash flow and can be financed for acquisition. They also wanted to know the required down payment, loan fees, and collateral information if the project could be financed.
EZFS: We used the seller’s tax returns and financials and the buyer’s data to complete an analysis to provide our feedback. We discovered that the business did not have enough cash flow, even after making the necessary adjustments. In the meanwhile, we explained to the client on what to look out for on future business opportunities and provided information that would help them identify the best business to purchase, and to become Bankable. We were able to save the client from a bad investment.
