Working with a Bank on a Business Loan, but have too much going on in your own business and cannot keep up with the overwhelming loan process?

No problem! We are the solution to that problem.

As former lenders, we know the loan process and can get the job done for you, in conjunction with everybody that touches the loan file*, from start to the loan closing, and sometimes, beyond.

How do we charge?

We will keep a timesheet of work done, starting with 20 hours initially, and as and when we need additional time, we will add 5, 10, or 20 hours to the initial package, depending on the situation. If more time is required, we will work with the client on a case-by-case basis.

For example:
1st 20 hours: $350 x 20 = $7,000
2nd 10 hours: $350 x 10 = $3,500

* We cannot guarantee that every third-party that touches the loan file will be diligent enough to work on your loan, but we will do everything we can to work with them to get the task completed, to the best of our ability.
